Mace Specs

Solid steel ball on the end of a hollow steel rod, usually knurled for grip.

Available Weights: 7, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, +Loadable

Handle Length: 38” - 48” typically

How: Cantilever weighted offset movements activate muscles differently than static lifts.

How to Use One

Follow Steel Mace Workout and use the mace just as you would any one or two handed tool. I like to imagine that I am actually doing that task.
