  • A4 (8.5”x11”)

  • E1 (42”x30”)

This is simply a list of great moves and how to perform them. It is up to you to create the best mace workout for yourself. Follow the 8 Week Planner with moves provided, or make up your own workout with the blank 8 Week Planner! Pick 10 moves and do 10 repetitions on each side. Pick 3 moves and do 100 repetitions of each. Mace for 30 minutes. Mace for an hour. Do what you can when you can, but do work.
